Imagine being my ex for a moment.
I know, absolute ick.
You’ve just told me how well The Fray is going to do, and how no matter what…you’ll support me. That’s late 2024, before things took off.
Before the interviews came, the followers, and the notoriety.
Before I received money owed to me, and I started working harder on what I wanted for my book, my website and beyond.
This was before I was inducted into the Marquis Who’s Who of Emerging Leaders.
*deep sigh*
My page started receiving reports during the summer of 2025. It was very odd – posts for The Fray were getting reported as spam. Older posts I didn’t have issues with beforehand. I didn’t know who was behind it. So I brought it to his attention. He played in my face – “who would do that? That pisses me off so much.”
It was him.
I’ll never forget blocking him…and the reports on my page stopped immediately. The things I was working towards became readily available. At the time, that made my heart sink. But fast forward to a year later…
And the animated series for The Fray has reached 264k views on Instagram, over 1 million views for the preview and 30k reads on my website. I often wonder how much he knew I’d land here. Why would that bother someone you’re supposed to love?
And why would I stay with someone who didn’t really mean well?
He had tried to reduce me down to what he could get from me. Here’s a thought, if you try to drown me…how will I swim?
He makes baseless threats to himself and others who have foolishly believed him – about me. But he probably hasn’t told anyone what he did. That’s pretty low and very concerning. I recall mentioning before we broke up, that if he moved in with me and treated me the way he treated his mother, he’d be on the street. I definitely wouldn’t put up with that.
I hate fighting. And if you feel some kind of way, yet you don’t share why…
Absolutely not.
It’s been a year. The Fray is thriving, as am I. I’ve stayed single for an entire year and celibate for a little longer.
Best decision of my life.
