The Costs, the Point, the Rewards

Being self made means you work on solutions to get your content seen. It requires trial and error, patience and perseverance. I don’t do this to compete…it is for the love of all that I do.
Now I get to assess what’s been done! Did my ads work? What has the most views? Is it money well spent.?
After that – what is the goal. My major goal is encouragement for myself and others. You can do anything you put your mind to.
When I say costs, though, I don’t mean just money.
Putting yourself out there is expensive. People are mean, nasty, selfish and disrespectful. It doesn’t matter where they’re from. Almost everyone is a pick me. I’ve had so called friends compete with me. And don’t get me started on my ex…
That side of it is dealt with like this – this is my vision, my goals and my dreams. How someone else feels about it doesn’t matter. It is so much harder than you realize, so perhaps not all things are meant for you? Maybe be happy with what you’ve done.

I recently became a little more popular on Threads – solely just being myself. This is organic reach and I recently pissed people off without trying…which is uniquely hilarious and odd.
Did it ever occur to anyone that certain people are on a mission? I desire others to value themselves. I also desire to let people know that if you want to be heard, you may need to repeat yourself. I stand on ten toes when it comes to that.
You want to develop respect with your audience. Authenticity with your presence. And a calm resonance with what you create. Ego tells you fame and fortune make you happy. Understanding tells you you’re doing more than enough.
I want to thank everyone who’s been in this journey with me as I’ve started over. The last three years have been incredible, and I am proud of myself.
There is definitely more to come.
