Almost every morning, I make bread to go with breakfast. I enjoy doing this because it eliminates buying items that only last a few days.
Whole wheat flour lasts me at least a couple of weeks, and there’s so many things I can do with it.
This week will be interesting – I have writing and art I’d like to finish, and on Saturday I have a photo shoot with a local photographer. The theme is Dark Fantasy – vampire inspired. I’m very excited for this.
I realize I don’t fall for just talk anymore, there is a reason I bring this up.
As I idle in my responses to someone else, another thought to step up to the plate. Except the exuberance he assumed he was showing came off as thirst and eagerness. It rubbed me the wrong way. I’ve learned that the more someone talks…the less they have to offer.
However, I never gave into whatever it was he was trying to do, and without lifting a finger, he retreated. When I mentioned a conversation with someone else…you could hear the sharpest of noises as he plummeted from a high heights – like he nearly hit Mach one as we were speaking.
However, I found it hilarious. It is always someone who has nothing for me trying to be with a celestial being.
Always.
Without needing to be mean or rude, conversations no longer hold form. “You would know if I liked you,” I thought to myself.
Meanwhile, I am not necessarily unraveling myself from other mysteries, but there is a call to take my time. No matter when I message him, no matter what I say – he responds. I have a friend who is a relationship coach, and so far he agrees that his behavior is healthy.
Why do you have a friend that’s a relationship coach?
We happened upon each other.
This is where I tremble the great divide – how was this person supposed to know I liked them? I watched him pull out all the stops to earn my favor. The least I could do I was let him know I saw him and his strategy worked.
After that, there is a calm I cannot describe. But I disagree with “men should make the first move.”
They do and women hate them for it. Oh, wait.
The wrong men who aren’t your dream man made the first move. That is exhausting.
You create the reality you desire…manage your thoughts and the right man will come along.
