Many Horizons

Funny story – someone who I helped would never repost my work, only other reposts! Their numbers and engagement are low. I helped because that’s what you should do. If you claim to be someone’s friend…act like it!

Do I need her help? No. But the fact that it took a few seconds to repost something, and she chose someone else’s content lets me know where we stand. We’re all adults here.

I seldom keep friends I’ve made through the writing community, they all tend to do the same thing. I don’t want to compete. I don’t need to compete. My book isn’t doing well on my website because I was mean to someone, and didn’t support them. It’s doing well because of my own efforts.

I will always write a blog, share some art and reposts others content whenever I have the chance.

Maybe that’s why I’m doing so well.

I’m currently sitting at 64-65k followers throughout my accounts. This is where my follower count was before I walked away from everything. It’s not hard to gain back, but I took a different route and chose to take my time. I am very grateful for my fanbase, and excited for what’s to come.

It isn’t easy, but taking it out on someone else won’t make you famous, popular or successful. You’ll just be miserable.

I have been pushing my music, and I am happy to announce that I have a nice following on Spotify currently, sitting around 2k monthly listeners. Everything I do involves not only a strategy…but actually following through. There’s no need for comparisons.

And as an honorary mention, my Threads account reached well over 100k in a month, simply because I’ve been running my mouth! It’s been a lot of fun, actually. It’s nice to connect with others.

Something BIG is on the horizon, and when everything is settled, I will of course let everyone know.
