This just in – These Boys (Ain’t Cute Enough) has surpassed 300k views, and I’m hoping to reach 500k before this week ends!
On top of that, Ultra is nearing 100k views on Instagram as well, and I am quite happy about this!
In the end, it all adds up, but right now things are going swimmingly. Admist the recent successes, my spotify listener count is up, nearing 800 monthly listeners so far.
Music is what I’ve always wanted to do, and I am happy to be making this transition. I love writing, but music is my soul, for certain.
Another great tidbit – my listening audience is mostly female! I’m sure that can shift at any time, but I make music to inspire women! Really happy to see that!
Here’s something interesting I want to share with you – if you ever had doubts about the industry…most of it is a big fat lie. I have seen incredible numbers and I don’t own a mansion. Signing your talent away for fancy cars and clothes is wild. I love being in charge of my look and sound, and will continue to do so for as long as I can. Please stop believing the glitz and glam…it is to make you think things are a certain way when they’re not.
Without giving recent events more spotlight than they deserve…most of our fashion, music, media…even how we view our bodies came from occultish and evil behavior (calling it what it is). You are on Earth to be a shining light to those who need a guide in the dark, and that doesn’t take anything away from you, or anyone else.
You have to make this life your own – it is only up to you and no one else. If you want to paint, build houses, open a bakery, or become a dancer…it is all up to you.
As an artist, I encourage you to be as independent as humanly possible! It is hard but worth it in the long run. Your art is an expression of yourself, someone else taking the reigns changes that entirely. Your art…is your soul.
