Believing in Myself

Describe one positive change you have made in your life.

Believing in yourself = confidence. You couldn’t convince me otherwise.

There’s knowing you have talent, and believing you do. Stepping away from the reassurance of others, and feeling it from within.

Its everlasting. Something no can can pry from your arms. It’s yours, and doesn’t cost the sanctity of another individual.

I’ve heard all of my life how talented and how smart I am. But no, I didn’t believe it myself. When I finally saw it for myself, I realized I had been dormant. What good is it when you, the creator of all you do…doesn’t recognize your own talent?

I was depressed, angry and anxious. How could I see anything?

When I began to work on myself and heal myself…I also fell in love with myself. I wanted to stare at my art in wonder, or read over passages I had written. I became enamored by the things I created and did for myself. It is such a wonderful feeling.

I felt aggression towards myself and didn’t even realize it! Believing in myself helped me understand why.

It is the greatest change I’ve made. I am grateful for going within, and healing myself.
