A Stroll

What are your favorite physical activities or exercises?

Taking in the sounds, animals, pieces of nature I can visually gather…taking a walk is my favorite physical activity.

Sex is epic, needed even. When the cause and affect isn’t present (ie. my s/o) a stroll is on the menu.

You can think – evaluate even. Breathe. Enjoy your music, ignore your phone. Then you can walk pretty far, especially if you’re in a good mood. It’s uses most of the muscles, requires little to no water…and you can take breaks in between.

It also helps ease your mind or heart. Things make more sense when you’re in motion. It may not cure a broken heart, but it does help dull the pain.

And even more so…when you’re excited, taking a walk helps put things into perspective. You, yourself, are able to shed light on thoughts, actions, surprises, goals…you name it.

It’s something no one invented, has no draw backs…and it’s good for you.

(So is sex…)
