What are your two favorite things to wear?

Fashion, in general, is fun to me. Lately, I’ve been more on the industrial punk (or even goth) side with my choices. One thing that I constantly keep in rotation with my fashion choices are chunky sole shoes (sneakers, booties and sandals even) and leg warmers/arm warmers.

They’re not really ultimate accessories in my eyes, both they fit in with what I love to wear, they’re comfortable and match everything. It’s practical to wear chunky shoes instead of heels, as I am already six foot tall. My height adds unnecessary pressure, so heels are often a no for me.

Leg warmers always seemed like an impossible thing to purchase, until recently. I’m not willing to spend too much money on such a simple product, but I completely forgot I could crochet them! That’s exactly what I’ve done. I’ve also sewn together a black faux leather pair, which matches my chosen aesthetic.

I cannot make platform Dr Martens yet, but as always, my shoe choices are genuine leather, with real rubber soles so they’ll last an eternity. I’m not really about fitting in (if you haven’t noticed.) It’s more about what I love, if I’m comfortable, and if I like how I look.
