As Simple As Its Seen

What’s the one luxury you can’t live without?

If color didn’t exist, I am positive I would perish. While some believe this to be pointless, or frivolous…I can assure you there’s more than meets the eye.

Without light, colors wouldn’t be vibrant…and without the imagination…colors wouldn’t exist. We have determined beauty in flowers, air, even forming galaxies.

I take everything in, and everyone. No matter your race, background or ideals. Everyone is welcome in my realm.

Without pink, my aura would be clear, dull and void. One day, a good friend woke to find that I had lit up the entire area where I slept, with rose red. She said it was vibrant and she knew I was special.

Pink was my go to color when I was really down and out. Everything had to be pale pink. When I started feeling better, I moved away from the color for a while. But it still captivates me.

Then there is iridescence. Moreover, a light reaction. Not like a rainbow – more like light shining through a prismatic prism. That’s a play on words – it is all colors, from all variants of light. From dim, to bright…shining all at once. At one time, being multidimensional…without guidance of human hands.

And I fell in love with it when I saw all aspects existing at once. A dance of light, imagination and existence…all from reflective light and its attributes.

So if color ceased to exist, perhaps, so shall I.
