It has been an interesting week, so today Iām going to do my best to rest. This may include writing a little more, and Iām definitely going to crochet. Just a little tired of running around, basically driving myself crazy.
Hereās something Iād like to share with you.
When people want to do their best to impress you, sometimes they slip up. If they tell you they made a mistake, cherish them. Life is hard as it is. I watched someone try really hard, and I canāt help but to respect that. In the end, I am treated with respect and adulation, that matters more to me than a huge bouquet of flowers or a fancy dinner.
Keeping your word and doubling back to try to make sure you did something right speaks volumes to me. So if you have someone around you like that, make sure they know theyāre appreciated.
