Tell us about your first day at something — school, work, as a parent, etc.

The first day as a parent was interesting. I just had my oldest son, who came on time. Ultrasounds confirmed he ate up his “food”, so my labor was induced!

After he was born, the nurses fawned over him. I was able to sleep after giving birth, but only during the day – my ex husband snored a lot at night, but I was up giving frequent feedings.

My oldest was such a sweet and beautiful baby. He ate a lot, even being a day old!

I was very excited to be a parent, knowing I’d be tired. But it was the greatest first day ever.
