Second Draft Edits!

Soon, I will start the second draft of my novel. I am no longer worrying about which parts don’t make sense, I am scanning for spelling errors. In previous works, I had to fix the storyline! Especially my very first novel.

I am very excited to read through the second draft now, as more people are asking about the novel and when it will be available. It has surpassed initial estimated reads – 100 a month. In the last two months, it has been viewed nearly 800 times! I still have a ways to go – six months just about until its release.

I am now deciding between three different illustration ideas. Scenery for the cove, Nia as her metamorphosis, or Miguel and Nia at their wedding! All illustrations will end up being finished before April, there’s just so much to choose from to start next!

I also have to complete Nia’s dress from chapter 15, which is the crescendo of the novel, essentially. I will post updates through this month – that is a major goal right now.

A warm thanks to every single person supporting me at this moment, it means the world to me. To have stumbled across so many that are POC, alternative and definitely interested in my Dark Fantasy novel has been such a joy!

Let’s continue this journey!
