What time do you go to bed and wake up currently?

Fortunately, I am a stay at home mother. I have the luxury of going to sleep a little later as well as waking later.

However, I’m usually in bed by 11pm and up by 7am.

Prior to my relationship, I would go to sleep around 9pm and wake by 6am. But my twin flame gets off late on some occasions, and the evening is when he calls, and we text thereafter. He typically messages me every morning 🥰

I sleep most nights, and I’m busy every day. I normally don’t consider how ritualistic this is, but there you have it.
