What is your favorite restaurant?

Generally, I cook at home. Moreover because I have systemic lupus, and it’s healthier to cook for myself.

But, occasionally I indulge in a place known as Soko Sushi, here in Denver. It is a Korean restaurant, and my favorite meal there is the Katsu Chicken. It’s absolute perfection, and will make you feel as though you’re eating food straight from a Ghibli Studio film! (I understand that Ghibli is Japanese)

The atmosphere is chill, and dark but the servers are great and friendly!

The sake served there is very good as well. Last flavor I tried was plum!

If you ever visit Denver, definitely try Soko Sushi!
