How would you improve your community?

I’m going to say something a lot are probably tired of hearing – you can lead a horse to water and it would still die of thirst.

Do not, by any means, stop setting great examples. But the best example to set…is without clout or force.

Allowance is a powerful tool. Do so because it drives you and nothing more. A good friend told me, I could set out to save the greater good, but I can’t save everyone.

I hated when he said it…but I realized people have to want improvement.

However, leave people where they are without judgment. Be neutral. Be understanding but don’t get sucked in.

Remembering that we are all at our own pace is a great way to improve anything, and allowing others to thrive even more so.

Problems don’t just start. Someone has to strike a match.
