(During Pisces Season!)

Let’s be very clear – the energy is INTENSE. If you are gifted or sensitive…it feels likes something is pressing down on your crown. I haven’t slept right in weeks because of this major reset heading our way.

First and foremost – a planetary parade during a retrograde means one major thing – times are resetting…old things are dead. Not dying – dead.

Because of how cycles works…the energy needs to be slowed down by a retrograde as it transitions into our lives. Thank the universe for that.

This is a time to reflect because the minute the retrograde is over – everything is going to happen at once. Everything you’ve been told that’s coming your way is going to come in very quickly. You need the retrograde to rest, reflect, and clean – spring clean!

Here are a few things I do during retrogrades

• I give away or throw away clothing, jewelry and other accessories I’m not using

• I rest as much as possible and I do not start new projects. I keep the same hair style, and keep my routine simple

• I rest and with all the cosmic events…you won’t have a choice but to rest!

• I cleanse – nightly! I also keep my body as clear as possible. Caffeine (especially coffee) is not recommended during this time. I would avoid sugars and alcohol as well.

The pressure is building – you’ll feel dizzy if you have an activated crown chakra and third eye chakra. You will also feel very excited – even with the fact that nothing has officially happened for you! Your dreams, visions and epiphanies will be so clear…you’ll be certain you are right in the exact moment.

And you will be irritable! Sometimes, spiritual upgrades can cause irritation. Thoroughly explain yourself to everyone so as not to cause any issues.

Prior to this retrograde – Saturn and Neptune met at zero degrees Aries. When Aries season starts (March 20th) expect everything to go full forced and not slow down the least bit. If you feel you may be left behind…the momentum isn’t going to slow any time soon!
