When It’s Forced

This is a topic that’s hard to explain.

Reason being is because it is my personal experience, and people seem to not make sense of it. You can call it luck, fortune, opportunity, blessed. Whatever you call it, three things happen.

First, people act like it’s out of this world and that it would never happen. They poke and prod and act as if I have a secret formula stashed away that they had no access to. Really, that’s just how my life is.

Second, they try to copy the recipe that is nonexistent. What rubs me the wrong way is when comparison steps into play – that’s not how I achieved anything…This makes explaining things impossible.

Last, once they’ve copied me, and failed…they run to tell me what I do isn’t real.

I wonder why it didn’t work?

Maybe stop trying to be someone else? Be grateful for where you are. Be happy you have breath in your lungs, a place to sleep and food to eat. Some don’t have anything at all.

I thought this was worth mentioning, because you should look for reasons to love your life.
