Interchangeable

This isn’t new, as it’s been around since the beginning of time.

But I am realizing the dual sides of contentment and gratitude. They coincide , and perpetuate each other.

I’m sharing this in awe, not ignorance of the fact. And you cannot have one without the other. I’ve seen displayed acts of gratitude to seem humble from people who’d cut you down moments later. The old, “I’m saved,” bit, if you will.

If you don’t not recognize the beauty behind these two words, I hope you get to that point. They’re magical, radiant and worthy of such accolades. Their representation is simple – a child displays them without being told what they are (which is why childlike wonder is amazing as well.)

And overall, both feel indescribably good. Nothing holds a flame to either, nothing ever will.

It is what feeling wholesome means – and then to know you need nothing…to flow with such graces onward to the next moment in which you are not grasping reality by its throat…but you are gliding.

To not have tumbled like a bad take down a playground slide. A blissful prance. Like that.

What awaits you on the other side of this could be anything, but you know within your soul, it is grand.

With contentment and gratitude, you continuously move towards moments created by both endeavors of release.

You are free.

I love that.
