While writing, edging closer to the crescendo of the first half of my novel, I realized it would be a great idea to bring one of my characters ensembles to life. That is of Nia Violette, one of the main protagonists in The Fray.

Without giving too much away, the dress I have in mind can be easily made, so yesterday, I was able to purchase what I need for the time being. The skirt of the dress may or may not need more tulle. I have other items of clothing meant to fill in, except a petticoat, which for some reason I am against! (I’m not, I forget they exist)

This, too, will take me a while. I am putting together a corset for the first time. It isn’t hard, but I would like it to be done correctly so it fits.

Once finished (haha long before my book!) I will post the finished work.
